COVID 19 PANDEMIC AND ULA RETURN POLICY
We at ULA are closely following the developments around the coronavirus pandemic. We deeply care about the health, wellness, and safety of you and your family, and are committed to follow the safety guidelines set by the CDC(Center for Disease Control) when handling your order during the shipping process.
While the risk and long-term impacts of coronavirus are uncertain, ULA will continue making day-to-day efforts and appropriate steps to continue to ensure that the above standard safe-health procedures are met.

Please note that your order may be delayed 2 to 3 days during this coronavirus pandemic while we take extreme steps to ensure the safe handling of your purchase during the shipping process.
We understand that things don’t always work out the way that you planned, so we’ve taken the stress out of returning with our hassle-free return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ULAMENS.com, you are welcome to return merchandise within the time allowed. Regular price merchandise must be returned within 30 days, and clearance or discounted merchandise must be returned within 14 days. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt, and the refund or charge will be applied to the original credit card. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Merchandise that miss the 14 or 30-day return cycles will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Before returning merchandise, please email us your return request to CONTACT@ULAMENS.COM, and please include your name, receipt or invoice number, and reason for return. We will email you a RA (Return Authorization) number and return shipping label with instructions on how to return the merchandise.
It is important that you apply the RA# and return shipping label to the outside shipping package or carton. Please ensure that other pertinent shipping information is clearly visible.
We also recommend that you ship using a traceable carrier such as UPS, FED-EX, or U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) using registered mail or other tracking methods. Also, to protect your package due to loss shipments, we suggest insuring your packages’ value. Please obtain a shipping tracking number in the event that you need to track your package.
Items must be returned in saleable condition, with hang tags attached. We will not accept worn, washed, stained, altered, custom order merchandise, or accessories. No exceptions.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable
